I have been waiting since Wed 12th for my SIM to be activated. ON Friday Woolworths informed me that they had transferred the number. TPG emailed me and said my TPG SIM was now active.. THE REALITY IS the sim is still not active. Now it has been escalated to the Provisioning Team.. That is what was done also on Saturday. I have been asked to wait .. ANOTHER 2 working days.. I will have to seek compensation for lost earnings.
