The network is continuously broken and cannot be carried on, only have 3 min conection If the problem cannot be solved, why do I still need TPG my friend have same problem, he use vpn, and I use hotspot

I played genshi since 15/9/, the connection is all good. But since 19/10, the connection become terrible, 380ms delay make me couldnt play anymore, even there IT support couldnt help me. Now I only could play with the hot spot. The network they change cause the terribe delay, I think its base on area. My friend have 150ms with TPG that have no problem
