NBN has been down since 8.30AM and I'm getting mad! It happens too many times. Why are we paying for a product doesn't always work! I was told it would be restored by 5pm! What a joke. It's bloody nearly 10.30pm. Come on. Fix it!

Yes, your right!! Thank you very much for answering me!! Don't know what happened! Internet suddenly stopped yesterday (Xmas day!). I turned modem off, then back on and it started working again!! Sorry, was having a mad panic attack because I bought my son a laptop for Xmas and we couldn't use the Wi-Fi!! Turns out, was my OWN FAULT!!! I wasn't doing it correctly!! So my deepest apologies and thank you, it's all good now!!!!

ALSO... My bill is NOT due until the 28/12/2020......... So I still have like, at least, 3 more days, before it's too be disconnected!! NOT a great start to Xmas!! I now have one broken hearted young boy on Xmas morning!!!!???? NOT happy!!!!¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
