G'day S.Davey, I've just signed up with TPG and have a Edgerouter X (ERX). I followed your steps at: https://community.tpg.com.au/t5/Modems-and-Devices/Steps-I-used-to-connect-Ubiquiti-EdgeRouterX-to-TPG-NBN-FTTC/td-p/42983 but I couldn't get it to work.   So this is all I did to get it to work on TPG FTTP.  Note:  I do have a follow up question below (purpose for this message) 1: wizards 2. Basic Setup 3. PPPoE 4. Put my TPG account name and password 5. I did NOT tick VLAN 6. Save and presto the internet is working.   My question is that I believe it should be a VLAN but when I ticked it, it didn't work. Admittedly I did not know the VLAN ID (maybe thats why VLAN didn't work. Do you know the VLAN  ID?). So the question from me is: how does it work without VLAN ticked.   I have FTTP.   thanks Sam ...
