Hello I was informed that the NBN service is actived yesterday. I also received a sms, "Your NBN service is installed but we can see you online". what does it mean? The NBN box in my property is on, Power and Optical lights are green, UN1-D 1 light is yellow/orange.  when I tried my username and password in the router setup, I got error message, incorrect ISP username and password.
