Hi there, I have recently had to open a new tpg account, and I have had nothing but connection issues ever since. The modem drops out from the internet multiple times per day and everytime I call customer support I get the same questions and I give the same answers and nothing gets solved. For a bit of background, my brother was previously living here and we had tpg nbn without any issues for 2 years, he left and so I opened a new account (with new router). I’m wondering if the new router is the likely culprit given there was no issues with my brothers tpg account at the same house? What’s my best bet to troubleshoot? Thanks, Simon ... View more
