Hi there,   I have similar situation. I have a new house. Last week a NBN guy came to assess. He said there is no cable from internal to side of the house and asked me to call my electrician. Another NBN contractor came today and installed a small box and connected a cable from the side of the house to the pit. I contacted my electrician today and he said the installation of cable from side to internal of the house was done by TPG. He told me this is the practise for new house. All he needs to do is to setup a NBN internal preconduit (the red string thing as shown in the photo by @chengjianer).   So my question is, who should install the cable in the preconduit? ...
