Hi, I use the NBN/home phone bundle at home. Over the past 2-3weeks, my Internet has been disconnecting intermittently throughout the day. When checking the modem the Internet light status was not lighting up (it should normally light in green).   Should I replace the modem as TPG support confirmed my NBN/home connection is fine?
