Hi, Me and my partner are client for tpg. We have been using direct debit for as long as we are in tpg. From january 1st 2021, we both are unable to make any calls outside tpg, we can only call each other. wee recieve text but cannot send one. we cannot use any mobile data. we have tried changing plan but didnt work. we have tried whatever possible. there is no outstanding charges as well. this is ridiculous.  please solve this issue asap.  This type of customer service is intolerable!!
