13 days to wait for a technician

I posted a fault yesterday morning to be told it was an NBN outage. Today I’m told its Not an Outage but a technician can’t come for 13 days . In the meantime I’m without internet to work. Does anyone think this is an acceptable service ? ... View more

Hi I have checked for nBN outages and done all the troubleshooting checks but my internet went down last night during the storm. The modem is clicking and the Rex light is flashing. Please could TPG contact me to fix this ? I have logged a fault but no response ... View more
