Hi,    I have had a really bad connecion for the last couple of weeks and phoned yesterday to get this fixed. It was mentioned that they could see on the line the connection has been so bad, and we obviously would not have been able to get internet for some time. It was also mentioned that we could request reimbursement for the internet we werent provided with for that time period it was inactive.
