I am currently overseas and have been for months, I have my SIM card with me and is not in the phone. I received an email yesterday saying my account had fallen below the payment limit and is being topped up even though I am not using the phone. Just received another email saying it has dropped below the 50% prepayment again, so looked online and there appears to be a glitch with voicemail, which is disabled and has not been used for years, I am being charged 15c multiple times per day. Hi, I have just returned from being away and the internet or phone is not working. FTTN. Archer VR1600v. Power lights on and WiFi and LAN. The DSL and internet lights do not even flicker when rebooted. I have carried out all the usual checks, Service Status, reboot and reset, checked cables. Left it for a day, still nothing. Tried calling my phone number and it says call could not be connected. Please can you check from your end if there is a fault on the line/service or is the Modem/Router faulty? Thanks ... View more
