Hi David64, Thanks for the info, I fillowed the linkk the email comes back, except the layout of th thunderbird on the article is different from mine, I assume it might be a different version. Tha "option" is not under "tools" but it cab be found directly when you click the top right corner. Thanks again! Leo

Hi, My computer email app ( thunder bird and Windows 10 mail) seems stopping receiving tpg mail since the end of December. It had been working fine but now the last mail on my PC is 28/12/2020. No new mail can be received on PC. Now I can only access mail from either web mail or my mobile phone. Thanks for help, Leo
