Second time asking not resolved initially. I was told that my connection is fine and info given on modem placement. We never had a problem until the past few months and modem and furnishings have not changed. We have to reboot the modem to get back connection. I think it's a modem fault. we have been having intermittent internet for the past couple of weeks. It appears to get better if we power off and on our modem but then starts happening again. The internet and WLAN lights are flashing. what can I do? thanks ... View more
