Hi there, I just ran another speed test (using http://tpg.speedtestcustom.com/) and could only get 5.0 Mbps. The upload speed was 9.0 Mbps which isn't great either. David

Hi there, In the past couple of weeks, we've noticed our internet dropping offline and/or experiencing very slow speeds particularly the evening (9pm AEST onwards). I just ran the speedtest (using http://tpg.speedtestcustom.com/) and a download speed of 2 Mbps (check was run at approx 10:45 pm). I'm on a 50 NBN plan. Can you please check our line to see if there are any issues which may be contributing to drop outs and/or extremely slow speeds. David
