My NBN box is making a clicking sound and I have no internet. No reports of service issues on TPG or NBN service page. advised to check with my service provider. Have completed power off, checked all wiring config (as per TPG) instructions. Completed reset. Note. Neither modems nor cabling has been touched since install (May 2020).
