I have been trying to get my internet working but there is always some issue and the remote activation cannot be done. Upstream just keeps flashing and the help from the team is so bad because no one understands the question. Is it the problem with nbn or the way I set up, no one even bothers to ask. Its always a guess game that I have to play and force to send pictures of the way I connected it. The case is always escalated to nbn and nothing happens.
