Ordered our new TPG service a week ago. Payment was taken immediately and the new modem sent out within a day, but the service still hasn't been switched on. NBN is already installed, so it just needs a switch-on. How long does this usually take? How long should it take???!!! My kids need it for homework etc, and we need it to work from home.
