Hi there, I had my Nbn connected this afternoon and received an sms and email from TPG, confirming that nbn connection is activated. However, there seems no Internet connection( I tried to connect my laptop to the modem and it was shown there was no internet). I tried different ways to troubleshoot but none seemed to work. All the four lights of the nbn device are solid blue and four lights of the modem (power, 2.4g, 5g, and WAN) are yellow. Can you please advise? Regards, ... View more
