Hello tpg There was a nbn maintenance today in my area. I've checked the status of the nbn status using my address. There is no downtime so I'm assuming nbn maintenance is complete. I have powered off and on for both nbn and wifi routers. The nbn is showing all blue lights so that is fine but my wifi router is not showing dls/internet.

Hi My connection dropped out since 4pm on the 9th of Oct and have not had any connection yet. I'm in the east Melbourne area (Richmond 3121). Nbn modem keeps clicking every 15-20 minutes but still no internet connection

Hello tpg The internet is currently out at my home in the Richmond 3121 area. Can anyone confirm? I've switched off the modems and restarted them but still no connection. My user name is linked to my account number XXXXXXX Thanks

Hi It's nearing 48 hours since the last phone call regarding my internet activation and I still have no internet.
