Thanks, but 4 days might not be enough. I have been experiencing intermittent outages yesterday (11 June), and today(12 June). I'm not sure what is happening with your service. Did rodents chew through the cable again? Surely, you have service level agreements with NBNCo. This level of service is unacceptable, especially since it doesn't seem to affect other service providers.

Hi, it's been two days since you have advised that there is an unplanned outage. Can you give me an ETA on when this will be fixed? Also, will you give me a a refund for the two days I had no internet??

Hi. We are moving to a new house on 18th of Feb so I applied today (15 Feb) for a new TPG NBN internet plan. I didn't expect TPG to act so fast, and I promptly got an email saying that they have shipped the modem to the new adress that we are moving to. We havent moved yet so I called TPG support to redirect the modem to another address. I spent over an hour with support, to be told that a "supervisor" will call back with an update. I have not received any update. Can anything be done? Or should I just call the courier and try and redirect the modem.
