Hi team, I'm paying for speed boost but rarely get above 100, I email about it and it goes up for a few days then goes back to normal,like I wouldn't notice. Why am I paying for something you are not supplying. I also have emailed helpdesk@tpg multiple times this week with no reply even though the auto reply says you will get back within 4 hours. No broadband but fibre to the premises, had an email to say I would be switch to a faster speed for 6 months which is nice but the speeds have been slower then before and I'm having alot of drop outs making it hard for WFH ... View more
