Our entire community have been experiencing slow internet, constant dropping out or just no internet at all for a whole day. Since Friday afternoon it dropped out all the time. Saturday no internet, Sunday back again, today Monday dropping in and out and slow. All residents use different providers so it’s not a provider problem. Who can we contact to get technicians into checking where there’s damage to the main lines please. Our phone doesn’t ring when calling from mobile either. Also there are major rail works going on in our suburb which I suspect have caused the problem.
