Hi there, I have received a message from email@example.com on 04/03/2021 saying that my NBN service is due to be activated within 2 working days, however, until now I still haven't received any SMS or email telling me that my service is active. I have also checked www.tpg.com.au/install and it says it's in progress. Could you please check my current status? How long would I wait? I really need the internet as soon as possible because I have to work from home. Thank you.
