Hi @Shane ,   Updates so far,   My last account (7****41) which TPG canceled, I have raised a refund for that. Today I have got the response that they will be refunding the amount for (activation+cancellation amount) very soon.    TPG has created another account  (7***26) on 21st April and they have again charged the activation amount plus router fee (which I didn't want, as I have two now). But anyway, the new account has been created and a technician visit from NBn is due on 11th May.  TPG is confident that the location id issue has been resolved but I am not so confident as it happened before as well.    So, finger crossed for 11th May. I have arranged the availability of the comms room on that day and time.  Let's hope for the best and pray this time it should get successful.    Question: Can I return the latest delivered router as I have already got two now. Hi @BasilDV ,   This is really height now.  No Progress so far since Mid Jan.    Should I wait indefinitely for this issue to get it resolved?    I now demand a refund of my money, please.  You guys neither refunding my money nor making any progress on this issue. I don't care whether it's NBN CO who needs to create a location Id or not. Mail them, escalate with them, call them, I just really don't care. I am really frustrated now. It's been more than a month now. And even if new  Location ID gets created somehow, what guarantee you guys are giving that this issue would have resolved after that.    Please resolve this issue by this week or initiate the refund process or provide me some alternate option of the internet (sim card etc...I don't care) ...because right now I am unable to avail internet at home and it's really creating problems for us. Hi Team,   I had raised a complaint with NBN CO and got below response.   I know the most appropriate way is to let you guys do the follow-ups, but I just tried from my end to get some details:    FYI, received the below response: " Hello Manish, Thank you for your enquiry to nbn. The reference number for your enquiry is 14930953.   Your address Unit 102 38-44 Pembroke St Epping NSW doesn’t appear to be within our internal addressing system. During the development of new estates or properties developers, builders and property owners have the option to lodge applications with telecommunication providers, such as nbn for the provision of telecommunications network infrastructure.   As your address is newly established, you will need to apply to nbn so we can determine if your new premises is eligible to receive infrastructure on the nbn™ network.   To do so, we’ll need the submission of a development application to advise us that construction is taking place at your specific address. Without an approved application, the nbn™ network cannot be provided to the estate or property. Please be aware that fees and charges will apply.   Once your application has been approved, our Developer Liaison team will reach out to ensure the required infrastructure is brought to your new property’s boundary line.   Your new development’s address will also be updated in our internal systems. This way, when your development is leased/tenanted, a phone and internet provider will be able to place an order for an nbn™ service. Hi @Shane    Thanks for your understanding.    I had received a call from Miss Karen from the billing team and she confirmed that she is issuing a refund for my first account i.e. 703xxxxxx for the amount of around 169 AUD. She mentioned that it would be back to my credit card in the next 3-5 days.  So it seems at least first account issue is sorted out.    I will be waiting for your response in regard to the refund for my second account i.e.705xxxxxx.    Thanks.      ... @Shane  I had received a call from Miss Chersy and she shared the updates regarding this issue.    She said she is waiting for any updates from Beetal service provided but there is no timeline for this. But this is ridiculous that because of somebody else faults I am suffering here. So I don't have my money and no internet as well.    I suggested at least meanwhile if my refund process can be processed that I would be in some peace of mind. She said she can only go for an adjustment until this issue gets resolved.    Can you please check this thing again.
