Hi Basil, Thanks for your reply. Yes I can see the calls made since I was moved by TPG to Novus this week, But call records prior to that move are now not available. They have been deleted from the old platform, and not on the new one. There was no warning about this change and the ramifications. Stan

I use my TPG mobiles primarily for voice calls. Myaccount previously listed each call, and their costs. I cant find this on Novus, as previously on Myaccount, I need this for my work.

I understood that calls between TPG mobile subscribers in Australia are at no cost. How come I'm being charged for such calls and SMSs that I've made? Has TPG changed this without informing us?
