Hi I am on my 5th day of broken promises and waiting multiple times on the phone for well over 45 mins for someone to pick up the phone. I am not sure whats happened at TPG but it has gone down the toilet. I am not a moaning and complaining user but when you get treated this bad you must speak up. Thanks Danny

Hi have tried to reconnect a nbn service for the last 3 days and have gotten no where just told another 72 hours. I asked for someone to contact me so I can cancel my service still waiting. I have been with TPG for well over 10 years and expected some can of customer service. Thanks Danny

Hi Shane I have the same issue I am on NBN super fast package and was told it was going to upgrade for free today but nothing happened. I had a conversation with support but wasn't getting anywhere. I have the latest Orbi Mesh routers and was told they weren't good enough when I know they are best on the market. I am getting 107 download and 37 upload which is what I have always been getting not the 200 MB that was in the email. Any help gratefully received Danny
