Hi,  I changed from Optus to TPG and followed all the steps successfully. But when I put the new TPG sim into the phone, the phone cannot even see that it is there.   The problem is I have lost the ability to make phone calls now to try and get this fixed and with no online support (outside a message board) from TPG this is looking scary.    Is this happening because my phone is locked to Optus? And how can I fix this without being able to make phone calls? ... View more
