(Moderator please respond today if possible) I signed up about 3 weeks ago - and have now been notified that it is going to be another 2 weeks before I am connected. I urgently need an internet connection for work. Does TPG offer any solutions to bridge the gap until the NBN is connected? Or do I need to go elsehwere? Thanks

Hello. My FTTC nbn connection is scheduled for this Saturday, 17 April. I have received my tpg modem, but there is no nbn box in the package - and the apartment does not have one. Should I have received an nbn box - or will the technician bring it on Saturday? Thanks
