Hi, I am experiencing regular NBN dropouts, usually last just a few minutes. The big issue for me is I compete in endurance simulator racing and I have had these drop outs in 12 & 24hr long races which completely ruins it not for just me but also my team mates. We practice for weeks before an event so it is incredibly frustrating if this happens during a race. In this situation I can not accept drop outs, so I am posting here to see if there is a resolution or if it is common with TPG, if I need to change providers I am happy to do so, whatever it takes to not have this issue. Sometimes it happens at peak times at night, but it also happens in races at 4 or 5am so I don't think it is peak related. Also I am always connect via ethernet cable. Hoping you can help.
