Thought I'd better have a look at the TMC website...........guess what? Bitdefender flagged it as dangerous and TPG expect us to migrate there. Get real, I'll be looking elsewhere for internet & email. Been a customer with TPG for 15 years plus, but that's all about to end.

Hi Lucy I use Outlook also and this has just started happening with me also. Has to be an issue with TPG email server.

Got it working again by resetting the NBN modem. Will see how long it works.

Cannot amake or receive calls. When making calls, a loud "shrill" sound is all that is heard. Called my landline using a mobile and got the message........"Your call can not be connected at this time...OCA0188". No reported outage on TPG status page!
