Hi there, we are new to NBN internet. I connected NBN box and modem which provided by TPG. Waited for a week, still got no internet. (Internet light on modem didn't come up). Called TPG technical support team a few times, but still didn't fix. We are paying services fee either ADSL and NBN, however, we got no services at all, and even the phone is not working as well.
