TPG received my NBN order bundle on the 21st of March. Order status never moved beyond confirmation of address. Today on TPG's Check Installation Progress page I receive this message "Sorry, we can’t display your installation status. It may take up to two hours for your new order to appear in our system. If you still can't see your installation status after two hours, please call Customer Service on 13 14 23 (option 3 then 1). " What is going on? ... View more
