What will happen on the day of installation?
It is required that you or someone else is home during the scheduled installation appointment.
A Telstra contracted technician will attend to your home.
You need to provide clear access to your "Network Boundary Point". For more information, visit http://www.tpg.com.au/support/faqs.php#2.17
In some cases the Telstra technician is able to complete the installation without needing your assistance or contacting you. After the appointment window, you may try to connect your modem or phone handset (using the instructions included with the modem) or call us on 13 14 23 (option 3, and then 1) to find out the status of your installation.
