It is required that you or someone else is home during the scheduled installation appointment. A Telstra contracted technician will attend to your home. You need to provide clear access to your "Network Boundary Point". For more information, visit http://www.tpg.com.au/support/faqs.php#2.17 In some cases the Telstra technician is able to complete the installation without needing your assistance or contacting you.
