Hi @5968808,   Thanks for raising this to us.   You can only create a slave account if you have exiting TPG broadband internet, slave e-mail account is not available on standalone e-mails.   Let us know should you require further assistance.     Can you create a slave account for an email address/alias that you already have?   ...
