We have been waiting for more than 9 days for our NBN installation at our new place. In the meantime, we are being charged without using your service. We still haven't an appointment scheduled to look into the issue. Very disappointing.

Hi there, We moved to a new place, and our NBN hasn't worked as yet. TPG informed us that they will send an Engineer in June 22nd. They suggested as to use a sim card in the meantime. Could you please update us on the delivery of the sim card as soon as possible? We are paying for the Servicwe and we are not currently using it. We ar very disappointed.
