Hi, My NBN Connection is WORKING FINE, the wired and wirelless devices are all connected to the internet no problems however, for the past 2 months or so I cannot connect to the Router Web Interface it is telling me that the site cannot be found. I am trying to connect to the correct IP address which is the correct default gateway. It was working from the time I connected in 2018 and only in the last 2 months I cannot connect to the web interface. I have restarted the router at the power button multiple times still no good. I tried contacting TPG Chat support cannot get through. I don't want to factory reset the router in case I still cannot get into the interface to confure it, as my internet connection is now critical to me working from home. Any ideas? ... View more

I have an NBN FTTN Service with my original ADSL/phone number assigned,  I also had a second phone line assigned which was just used for PSTN phone line.   Is it possible to get the second phone line number assigned to my NBN FTTN Voice Service? My neighbour just got NBN FTTN a few months after me, 2 houses down and across the road. I added a phone socket on the wall so he could connect his analog phones to the router. He says that the Phone on Phone Port 1 rings on inbound calls but Phone on Port 2 does not ? So I checked my configuration and both ports have the inbound number configured so if I plug into either port the phone works with inbound calls. So I check on his router only port 1 is configured, both were pre-configured from  TPG. I log a call with the help desk, and they are arguing with me that only Port 1 is configured, I said yes, but Port 2 also needs to be configured. Does anyone have the instructions on configuring Port 2 also, mine is done so I assume it should be easy enough to configure but can't find the settings anywhere ... View more
