I started to notice a lot of EWAN link up and down. The DSL light is still off on the box. So i tried restarting my wireless and unplugged the phone line. Plugged the phone line back in and the box sync'd with DSL light on and I'm able to connect.  Correct me if im wrong...  but the wireless should have nothing to do with the line syc to the NBN box. I spoke to a support rep yesterday and he suggested upgrading plan. The plan was upgraded but im still getting dropouts. Today, it was out for 2pm - 6pm until i decided to restart the nbn box. It took awhile to sync the line after plugging and unplugging the phone line to get a blue sync light and eventually the DSL light finally lite up.    I noticed dropouts this past week happens a few times during off-peak but during peak hours... its constant. FYI - before 13th-14th May I have never experienced dropouts before.    Some of the logs I captured below.
