I have only had TPG NBN internet for one week and I don't understand why my connection keeps dropping out. I have had to hard reset the modem over a dozen times and several mornings I have woken to find it disconnected. Once I reset the modem it works fine again for a while. Today it has been dropping in and out of connection regularly. I can still connect fine to the router so it must be a service provider/modem issue. Can someone please look into this for me?

I'm in Brisbane and almost every morning I have a flashing upstream light and no internet light on my modem and it needs to be to restarted, why does the internet disconnect/drop out so regularly over the course of the night?

We've been waiting since February for internet at our new property. We currently have no available alternative options as all services have been discontinued in our area. We were told in February that it would take up to 3 months, although we are past that time frame now. Is there any update on when HFC parts are going to be available for installation in Australia?
