On July 18, 2023, I submitted a request to cancel my NBN service with TPG.  The next day, TPG charged me 29.02 and cut my NBN connection, leaving me an 30-day policy notice sort of thing. So, in my understanding, how 30-day notice policy works is, customer gave 30 days notice to TPG for cancellation, and TPG will cut your NBN connection straight away and charg you for the next 30days without providing any NBN connection.    I called TPG customer help for this. Hi there,  NBN installed and activated yesterday. But I got significant delay when using IOS and Android system at 2.4GHz, for example iphone and smart TV,  accessing the WIFI. These are the two tests I did with my mobile phone.   It is almost impossible to use, with download speed only 0.3 Mbps. 5G connection to WIFI seems to be fine, can reach 90 Mbps. However, even with 5G connection, I experienced frequent ping problems (up to 200ms) when playing on-line games.  (All the devices are close enough to the modem from TPG. Hi there,    I called TPG a couple of days ago to setup a new NBN service after my current contract with another ISP. I also contacted the current ISP to cancel the service , but they replied I needed to give them 30 days notice, which I was totally unaware of. So, I would like to seek your advice how I should proceed, given the following two options? (my currently contract ends 2 jun 2021, which seems to be a perfect time for TPG to connect in Jun. )  Option1:  Will you be able to contact current ISP and switch for us without waiting for 30 days?
