I have been a TPG customer for over 10 years and recently had requested for the NBN connection for my house 6 weeks ago and still waiting with no timeframes communicated. The worst part is noone is even bothered to send updates unless i send emails asking for updates. I had lost hope that i even stopped asking for any updates until recently i received an email that NBN will have updates in 2 business days and its been almost 10 days since then and as usual no updates from TPG.
