I am getting speeds of between 2-5mb every night from about 7:30-8 onwards. I am on a 100mb plan, this is totally unacceptable! I contacted support in late July only to be told that new equipment was being installed in the local exchange. Of course, nothing has really changed and lately it has been getting worse, closer to 1-3mb and not usuable. TPG please stop telling lies and support your long term users!!!! ... View more
