Hey,   Am moving in. a few weeks and need the internet up & running from day 1, so started the moving process earlier tonight.  The agent who set everything up for me was unable to redirect the delivery of the modem from my new address to my current one.  As I've just completed the payment details to start the process, how do I get the modem redirected?  Knowing how quickly you work from the installation here, I'm hoping there's a window of opportunity where that might be possible.   Thanks! #7112624 ...
