Hi Shane, any update on a firmware fix for this? ...I think I'm having the same issue: Windows 10 can access the fileshare - but not any folder containing any files 2GB+. A Kodi (linux-based) media-centre can access the folders Win 10 can't - but any files that should be >2GB, are showing as "0-bytes", and won't play. It's really annoying. I'm also using NTFS, and it's a 2TB drive. I noticed it only affects CIFS / Samba fileshare (i.e. "Network Neighbourhood" shares). FTP still seems to work OK.
