Hi Fiery, I feel your pain. The East Coast is no different although I do get close to the advertised speed for the NBN50 plan. I too have the same drop out issue. NBN just stops working for a few minutes or sometimes 30 minutes. The problem with the NBN is simple, there too many people in the solution chain. You ring TPG & vent to the operator (even knowing they are just as much in the dark) they escalate your issue to someone else, eventually maybe to the NBN and as can be seen in your messages no two answers are the same, they all take a stab in the dark & hope for the best. So far I have just sucked it up & hope it's teething issues. Let's hope TPG & all the other ISP's decide in the future to be like the Telco's that give you a free mobile phone if you sign up to a 2 year plan. What I'm saying to TPG if you want my business long term come out to my place & hook me up to Fiber to my HOUSE for FREE instead FTTC. I was with my last ISP for 15 years but for the NBN I decided to try TPG.
