Hi Shane   Thank you for reaching out. What solution are you referring to? I saw one thread about adding the mesh to the DMZ and fully expose it to the Internet. That sounds like a very bad idea and don't think is required. As I mentioned before, it was all working well but something must have changed. Can you check from the TPG side on my account? Hey, did you solve this problem? I have the same issue. I have 3 eero devices and they worked fine for 9 months and all three suddenly complain about no Internet access. Highly unlikely that all 3 eero devices broke at the same time.  How did you resolve the issue? ... View more
