Hi there, I received my NCD and modem yesterday, plugged everything in okay, but the blue link light keeps flashing and the NCD never connects. I've tried leaving it for 45+ minutes at a time, powering down the modem and NCD, and resetting the NCD, but it just keeps flashing. Any ideas on what I should do? ... View more
