Same problem here,I cant see TPG having problems with the funds as they have direct debit to my bank account.Phoned numerious times,all to no avail,the techicial dept.said it a customer service issue and customer sevice dept.said it is a techicial issue.As I had to borrow a mobile phone to make these calls and  got nowhere,I put a complaint into the T.I.O. ...
