Dear TPG Tech Support,   My broadband (TPG NBN) service has been very intermittent for the last 2-3 weeks.  During the day & early evening it drops out multiple times each hour.  This is extremely frustrating.   I have reset the router and NBN box multiple times.  I have logged a recent service call, but you messaged me stating that you checked the service and it was fine.  It is not fine, and yoiur logs should show that.   Can you please resolve this urgently?   Regards,   Kim ...
