We switched the internet from Telstra to TPG a few weeks ago and since then our landline phone has not been working. We did choose to keep the same number and this is noted in all of our documents. We can make calls however we can't receive them.  On documents we got, it said that we would not be able to get calls for 1-5 business days however it has been past this point.    Help please.  ...
